Paid media management
Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn — structured testing, weekly optimisation, and reporting tied to leads and revenue.
Channels we manage
We focus on platforms where Singapore audiences actively search and convert — not every new ad network that launches with a pitch deck.
- Google Ads — Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube with conversion tracking verified before launch
- Meta — Facebook and Instagram prospecting and retargeting with creative testing by audience segment
- LinkedIn — Lead gen forms and sponsored content for B2B sales cycles of 30–180 days
- Programmatic — Display retargeting via DV360 or equivalent for e-commerce and consideration-stage campaigns
Week 1: tracking
Conversion events, offline imports, and GA4 linkage checked before any budget goes live.
Week 2+: testing
Structured A/B tests on audiences, bids, and creative — one variable at a time, documented in your dashboard.
Monthly review
Spend, CPA, ROAS, and pipeline contribution reviewed with your team with clear next actions.
Our management approach
Every account follows the same rhythm: baseline metrics in week one, structured tests from week two, and budget reallocation based on data — not daily panic changes when CPC spikes 8%.
Monthly management starts from SGD 2,800 depending on active channels, monthly spend, and how often creative needs refreshing. Media spend is billed directly to your ad accounts. We never mark up platform costs.
Typical client accounts range from SGD 5,000 to SGD 80,000 in monthly media spend. We are transparent about minimum spend levels where certain channels (especially LinkedIn B2B) become viable.
Reporting you can trust
You get live dashboard access showing spend, conversions, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend by channel and campaign. Monthly reports cover what we tested, what moved, and what we plan next — written for a marketing director, not a platform specialist.
No vanity metrics. No unexplained budget increases. If a channel is not hitting target after a fair test period, we say so and recommend reallocation.
